Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating diverse cross-functional teams, effectively managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders to align projects with organizational goals and business objectives. A strong background in the Insurance Domain is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and vendor resources.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
