Stay Connected to the Field
• Spend regular time in the field observing work practices and supporting qualification and progression activities.
• Coach employees and provide feedback to support safe, effective field execution.
• Partner with Transmission leadership to identify training gaps and emerging needs.

Plan, Prepare, and Coordinate Training
• Own front-end planning and preparation for assigned training events.
• Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and documentation are ready well in advance.
• Coordinate and support vendor-led training, serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics.

Onboarding & Development
• Spend the initial months shadowing experienced Transmission personnel.
• Rotate through multiple regions to understand statewide transmission practices and expectations.

Continuous Improvement
• Support updates and improvements to transmission training programs and materials.
• Stay current on transmission standards, safety requirements, equipment changes, and industry best practices.
