How you will make a difference:As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer working on the User Data Infrastructure team, you will:
- Use your Kubernetes and AWS expertise to evolve EKS lifecycle, multi-tenant isolation, and regional consistency, ensuring clusters remain secure, performant, and predictable as we scale.
- Improve reliability and cost by identifying areas of waste (storage, compute).
- Improve automation of our Elasticsearch cluster management system (shard management, data retention, indexing, cross cluster re-balancing).
We are looking for people who have :- 5+ years building and operating large-scale, cloud-native systems (SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles).
- Deep production experience with Kubernetes (controllers, CRDs, Helm/Kustomize, autoscaling, security context).
- Experience managing Infrastructure-as-Code at scale (Terraform)
- Strong software engineering skills in Java or Python; ability to read/extend code in other languages when needed.
- Demonstrated leadership: mentoring peers, driving cross-team initiatives, and influencing engineering culture.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $133,500 - $212,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
