Keeper is hiring an analytical Senior Implementation Operations Specialist to join our B2B Support team. This is a 100% remote position from select locations, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.
About the RoleAs a Senior Implementation Operations Specialist, you will independently identify operational challenges, analyze data, manage improvement projects, and develop scalable solutions for the Implementation organization. You will work closely with Implementation leadership and cross-functional partners to translate complex business needs into clear processes, documentation, training, and measurable improvements. Additionally, the Senior Implementation Operations Specialist will drive initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and maturity of our Implementation organization. This role combines business analysis, project management, process improvement, data validation, stakeholder communication, and training.
Responsibilities- Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and operational insights
- Build reports and analyses that support Implementation leadership's decision-making and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Identify and manage operational improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives from initial problem identification through delivery
- Gather requirements, develop solutions, manage risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and measure project outcomes
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and visibility through Jira and other project management tools
- Develop a strong understanding of Keeper's product suite and Implementation processes to identify meaningful opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate and improve existing processes while developing scalable solutions involving tools, automation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate solutions, and validate that delivered solutions meet operational needs
- Create clear documentation, process guidance, and supporting resources that promote consistent execution
- Design and deliver training for new processes, tools, and operational changes, including follow-up to support adoption
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, cross-functional partners, and leadership
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and opportunities, using sound judgment to determine when escalation is appropriate
- Participate in special projects and continuously evaluate opportunities to improve operational efficiency and results
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, project management, business analysis, or a related role
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to build, analyze, and validate reports
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions
- Experience managing projects from problem identification through delivery
- Strong organizational skills, execution, and follow-through across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions, driving alignment, and managing risks or escalations
- Experience creating process documentation, training materials, and operational resources
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau or similar business intelligence tools
- Strong computer skills; Google Workspace or Microsoft Office experience strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, or professional services
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, technology, or enterprise software
- Experience with process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives
- Experience working with Jira or other project management tools
- Familiarity with change management and process adoption
