Full Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Implementation Services; the Senior Implementation Analyst focuses on the design, development, implementation and support of EDI, electronic commerce, and application integration solutions. This includes transactions to be exchanged between Availity, and its business partners. The role is accountable for assessing, analyzing, and implementing solutions in a timely and efficient manner. The Senior Implementation Analyst is responsible for executing and maintaining implementation processes and training internal and external stakeholders of those processes. The Senior Implementation Analyst acts as a mentor to Implementation Analysts on their team to ensure all implementation activities are followed based on Availity standards. This position will be called upon to serve in multiple roles in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial corporate environment.

To be qualified for this position, you have:
  • Strong understanding of the ANSI X12N format including: 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277 and 278
  • Over 7 years of experience in technology (information exchange) and/or the healthcare space
  • 5 years of experience managing complex healthcare technology implementations
  • Familiarity with APIs

You will be:
  • Working closely with an Implementation Coordinator to exceed client expectation leading up to the go live of moderate to highly complex accounts and large hospital systems
  • Involved in client calls/meetings to better understand technical configuration needs
  • Managing client timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible for determining client configuration, conceptualizing the big picture and recommending the best solution our product can offer based on the client's needs
  • Analyzing test data to find root cause, trends and gaps to prepare the client for a successful go-live
  • Researching issues, testing theories, identifying impact and proposing short and long-term solutions
  • Responsible for working with development to gather requirements and test new features and enhancements
  • Responsible for mentoring other Implementation Analysts and cross functional team members
  • Responsible for leading internal technical trainings, taking on new initiatives and assisting with the operationalization of new products and services
  • Subject Matter Expert for multiple Availity products and features
