about this team

This role sits within the Sustainability - Strategy, Integration & Reporting team. The team defines the enterprise's social and environmental strategy, drives integration across the business, and ensures credible, transparent reporting against our public commitments.

As a Senior Impact Strategy Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager, Impact Strategy & Operations, and play a key role in shaping and governing enterprise-level impact strategy. You will work cross functionally to translate ambition into clear direction, decision-making, and measurable progress against our impact goals.

core responsibilities

The ideal candidate combines enterprise strategy experience with strong executive communication skills and a clear understanding of impact drivers in the apparel and footwear value chain. They are skilled at translating emerging sustainability trends into strategic insight and at designing and facilitating cross-functional governance processes.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate development of impact strategies and strategic frameworks, working with subject matter experts to define priorities, approaches, and success measures
  • Lead quarterly impact governance processes, including preparing materials for decision forums, tracking progress against goals, surfacing risks, and following through on actions with functional leaders
  • Develop executive-ready materials and narratives on critical topics (e.g., responsible supply chain, climate, regulatory developments, strategic investment priorities)
  • Coordinate annual strategy and objective setting processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise planning cycles and priorities
  • Support multi-year investment planning and modelling, linking strategic ambition to resourcing and financial decisions
  • Deliver insight through research and benchmarking, translating external trends and peer performance into actionable recommendations
  • Design and embed tools, templates, and ways of working that strengthen strategy development and integration across the business


qualifications

  • 4-6 years' experience working within corporate or non-profit strategy, strategy consulting, or sustainability consulting.
  • 2+ years' experience working with or within a consumer-facing corporation preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in a sustainability or impact role is preferred.

  • Strong eye for detail, while being able to see the bigger picture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex topics to clear concise narratives for senior audiences.
  • Ability to independently progress multiple workstreams in a face-paced environment.
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize time and tasks, and loves solving problems.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide business insights and drive decisions.

  • Bachelor degree in areas of economics, business, environmental science, engineering or supply chain management.
  • Master's degree in Sustainability, Business is a plus
  • Additional education or certification in sustainability is a plus

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 - $115,800 CADannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
