Do you want to shape HR strategies and support leaders in a fast-paced environment? As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Spectrum, you ' ll administer policies and programs that balance employee advocacy and business needs . E nsure compliance with state and federal employment laws and provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, retention, performance coaching, problem-solving and leadership development. You ' ll work with leaders to improve decisions and organizational effectiveness .

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on human resources issues and employment law
  • Develop programs and initiatives to meet your team's needs
  • Coordinate solutions with senior HR teammates and implement plans to address long-term human resource needs and trends
  • Perform advanced employee relations functions including counseling, dispute resolution, managing performance issues, reviewing termination requests and conducting exit interviews
  • Conduct complex and sensitive employee investigations, manage workers compensation reporting and safety regulation processes
  • Coordinate administration of leave of absence programs, transitional work and accommodations, conduct benefits open enrollment and employee and supervisor trainings
  • Ensure timely and accurate HRIS and payroll entries, perform audit and compliance functions and maintain employee records
  • Demonstrated project management skills, business acumen, and analytical skills

Required Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent

Experience
  • 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience

Preferred Qualifications

Education
  • Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between $68,300.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
