Job Description:

You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and culture across the division.

You will partner closely with the HR Manager and broader HR team to deliver consistent, high-impact HR programs while helping to drive engagement, strengthen leadership capability, and support business performance. This role offers opportunities to contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives while continuing to grow your career.

What You Will Do:

Business Partnership
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for the operations team, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities and organizational effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees, championing the culture and promoting a positive, consistent Miller employee experience.
  • Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with campus HR team members to drive alignment, share best practices, and ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.


Talent & Employee Support
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage full-cycle talent processes, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, performance management, and development planning.
  • Recommend and coordinate training initiatives to support employee development.
  • Own the division's Leave of Absence process, including effective return-to-work coordination.
  • Serve as payroll liaison, resolving employee inquiries and ensuring accurate coordination with BU Administration and corporate payroll.


Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR practices while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel may be required.

Qualifications:
