The Senior People and Culture Business Partner (Sr. PCBP) serves as the people and culture leader for assigned client group(s) within the hospital organization. This role includes both strategic & process responsibilities including 1) executive-level coaching, 2) proactive creation and interpretation of data, and 3) revising, planning, influencing, and processing important procedures and policies. Success in this role will require influential partnerships with senior leadership and people managers to execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. The HR strategies are commonly focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
The Sr. PCBP may be assigned org-wide projects and initiatives and will be the lead consultant to executive-level business leaders. Projects commonly include elements within the following fields: employee relations, labor relations, performance management, training, policy application, organizational development (including restructures and redesigns), workforce planning, and organizational succession planning. A successful Sr. PCBP anticipates potential organizational impact, and client group needs, and advises leaders accordingly.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or related degree, or equivalent experience.
At least six (6) years of Human Resources experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of, and skill applying, local state, and federal laws.
Demonstrated success collaborating across diverse teams, fostering inclusive outcomes, and a strong commitment to DEI and anti-racist principles.

Preferred
Master's degree in business or related field.
Experience working in a large, complex healthcare organization and/or growing research operation.
Experience working in a union environment or applicable Master's level degree in labor relations.
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
Compensation Range
$118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
