Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Senior HR Business Partner you will provide strategic support to designated leaders and employees for our Outpatient Services Group, including service lines such as Behavioral Health Services, Rehabilitation Services, Physician and Provider Relations, as well as the Sarah Cannon Cancer Network, Enterprise Emergency Operations Group and the Strategic Resources Group.
Your focus will be to create a desired workplace culture and productive workforce through policies, programs, and practices. You will serve as a senior member of the HR team and will drive strategic initiatives within aligned service lines.
What you will do in this role:
- Implement workforce strategies and diagnoses, and solve workforce issues.
- You will measure employee satisfaction, and implement efforts to improve the employee experience.
- You will advise and counsel on situational issues, performance and discipline.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee activity groups.
- You will partner with managers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency through labor and efficiency initiatives.
- Deploy development programs, performance management, appraisal, and talent acquisition program tools.
- You may own special projects and pilots such as leader orientation and onboarding to increase retention.
What you should have for this role:
- Bachelor's degree, required
- 5 or more years of experience in relevant work
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner is required
