Position Salary: 120k to $170k -Please note the salary offered is based on the candidates• years of experience, mandatory skills and certifications needed for the position.

We Offer 1099 (IC): Independent Consultant (IC) 1099 - Which does NOT offer/cover any company benefits. The selected candidate will be responsible for all benefit coverage under this agreement.

Job Description

NAOVI is seeking a Senior Human Capital Data Analyst that will have extensive experience analyzing workforce data, building data visualizations, and providing analytic support for various human capital initiatives. The selected candidate will need to have a clear understanding of data analysis tools, the ability to communicate findings clearly, and a strong background in workforce analytics.

Primary responsibilities:
  • All candidates must currently possess an Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance for consideration of this position. Required
  • At this time, we Do Not offer clearance sponsorships for our positions.
  • Analyze workforce data, including metrics related to hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility, to identify trends and labor projections.
  • Build and modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other analytical products to meet client needs.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of position description libraries to standardize role information across the organization.
  • Administer and manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets for consistent analysis.
  • Support survey design and execution across 18 Intelligence Community (IC) agencies.
  • Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
  • Manage HR data and conduct thorough analysis to support workforce planning and decision- making processes.

Experience and Education:
  • BA/BS degree and 18+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 10+ years relevant experience or no degree and 24+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience in data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Strong ability to communicate technical or analytical findings in an easily understandable format through graphics, written, and verbal means.
  • Core Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and relational database management is required .

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Cognos for reporting and dashboarding.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal (POPS), PD Library, and Lawson.
  • Experience in workforce analytics and workforce planning, particularly in the context of human capital management and strategy.
