What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is currently seeking human capital and project management professionals in support of our Department of Navy client by:
  • Developing communications and change management materials on training programs
  • Supporting and modifying SOPs on managing cohorts and conducting outreach to training participants
  • Having knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training programs and participants
  • Supporting workforce integration activities and data analysis, to enable client for making workforce related decisions
  • Applying project management and organizational skills, including collection and dissemination of meeting notes, developing and tracking action items, developing standardized programmatic activities, and communicating clearly with partners and clients on progress and status


What You Will Need:
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • TWO (2) years experience in project management, communications, presentation development


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related field
  • Currently possess one or more of the following certifications: Program Management Professional (PMP), Change Management certifications
