Job Description

The Senior HRIS Analyst (Talent Acquisition) serves as the functional systems lead for our Oracle Recruiting Cloud module and Onboarding strategy. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle features including the job application flow, candidate selection processes configurations, and vendor integrations. Working with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll optimize our existing processes while driving strategic enhancements to support our business.

As the Senior Analyst, you'll lead all module enhancements and configuration projects. Your expertise will be critical in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that maintain data integrity across our integrated systems. Through partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT and Penske Leadership, you'll drive continuous improvements to our candidate sourcing and hiring processes. This role combines deep Oracle HCM system proficiency with high-level HR staffing strategy execution.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud module and Onboarding
  • Maintain staffing data integrity
  • Analyze system performance
  • Oversee acceptance testing for Oracle updates
  • Create, review, and execute test scripts to verify systems are functioning as expected after upgrades, patches, and bug fixes
  • Support training programs for staffing tools
  • Maintain HCM configuration documentation and functional process documentation repository
  • Translate staffing strategy into HCM system requirements and managing development backlog
  • Participating in HR technology roadmap planning
  • Recommend system enhancements for regulatory compliance
  • Manage Oracle support cases for escalated staffing incidents
  • Coordinate with IT and Managed services on staffing projects and testing
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • SaaS trouble shooting and vendor service management
  • Identify and correct errors in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate.
  • Other projects and tasks assigned by the Manager


Qualifications

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud Certified Implementation Professional certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, MIS, or Business). Equivalent Oracle HCM experience accepted
  • 6+ years HRIS experience with minimum 4 years in Oracle Recruiting Cloud
  • Oracle Human Resources Cloud Certification Preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud architecture, including job application flow, candidate selection processes configurations
  • Proven project management capabilities with HR technology implementations
  • Strong analytical abilities and technical documentation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • OTBI reporting experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical formats
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required
