Senior Recruiter, Boston Corporate Office - Boston, MAReporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and building strong partnerships with hiring managers across the organization. This role requires expertise in Talent Acquisition strategy, sourcing, interviewing techniques, and employment practices, along with a strong understanding of organizational structure, company operations, and federal and state employment laws.
Responsibilities- Manage a full-cycle recruitment process and requisition load across multiple business functions and geographic regions.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools.
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social recruiting platforms, and other recruiting tools.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and establish recruiting priorities.
- Ensure hiring managers and interview teams are prepared and interviews are conducted professionally and efficiently.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and skill levels.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process, including compensation recommendations, offer generation, negotiations, and acceptance/declines.
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new recruiters and Talent Acquisition team members when needed.
- Support recruiting operations, including reporting, background checks, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as a point of contact for Talent Acquisition vendors and recruiting partners.
- Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in Property Management or a related industry.
- High volume recruiting experience highly desired.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition practices, industry trends, candidate pipelines, and recruiting strategies.
- Proven sourcing and interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Dayforce experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while following established processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to support recruiting efforts across a multi-state portfolio.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to visit properties, attend meetings, recruiting events, or participate in training seminars.
Compensation: $94,000 - $100,000 annual salary
Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
