Team Overview:Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist leads day-to-day operations of HR process including onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence, benefits administration, and employee records management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, the Senior Human Resources Specialist partners with HR and Recruiting team members, cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, IT, Facilities and Legal, as well as externally with benefit and system vendors to ensure seamless execution of HR processes. The Sr. HR Ops Specialist also maintains detailed knowledge of HR programs, processes and procedures, and answers employee inquiries pertaining to HR programs, processes, procedures and communications.
Must be located in Seattle, WA.What You Will Do:- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Vistra Overseas Connect
- Manage employee data changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring updates are in accordance with corporate governance and internal SOX procedures
- Serve as a key point of contact to welcome and onboard new hires: includes partnering cross-functionally to ensure a smooth new hire onboarding process, and schedule and conduct new hire orientations across a workforce that spans 14 countries
- Ensure data integrity of employee benefits elections
- Lead HR Ops projects to enhance and streamline HR operational efficiency, scalability, and service delivery
- Document HR workflows and processes to improve efficiency and compliance
- Ensure process and procedures adhere to labor laws, regulations, organizational policies, and SOX compliance
- Partner with IT to support HR and Recruiting-related integrations with business and vendor systems
- Partner with Payroll with respect to data necessary for payroll processing
- Work alongside HR Business Partners to respond to employee inquiries
- Partner with HR leadership and key stakeholders to implement HR operational initiatives that enhance employee experience and align with company goals
What You Will Bring:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role, with proven project management capabilities
- Proficiency in HRIS, benefit portals and related tools; experience ADP is required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics, as well as provide reports for HR leadership as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Experience in global HR operations and managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is
$94,775- $133,800. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
