A career booster opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to lead and partner with our success as part of Process Automation (PA) Business group.

As a Senior HR Manager, you will report to the Senior HR Director, PA, and you will work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the PA global leaders.

An experienced HR leader who develops and owns HR strategy for the business encompassing multiple geographies, you will partner closely with Global leaders to develop HR strategy to fuel business growth as well as focusing towards building business capabilities to pivot towards growth & productivity. The HR Leader will actively engage in and lead Business transformation, organization effectiveness and productivity improvement measures for business agility, organizational development & talent management.

You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth. Your focus will be to help the business become a customer centric organization and achieve its strategic growth objectives through resource realignment and top grading the talent. Working cohesively with Regional HR Leaders, you will lead strategizing and executing key business imperatives for the client group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups by:

  • Building a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization
  • Partner with senior business & functional leaders to continually drive the effectiveness of the business through developing organization design and leadership changes as appropriate to ensure maximum business success
  • Ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business, linking change management needs, communications, tools and processes with overall business cultural and change direction, in order that the business culture and mindset evolves as required to ensure success
  • Assess the current org. and partner with stakeholders to create a strategy and vision around the development of future state process flows, to identify needed organizational and workflow changes
  • Lead key transition & integration projects in partnership with global and local stakeholders
  • Own and drive talent strategy for HPS Biz Operations towards building talent capabilities, strengthening succession, diversity and inclusion

The position is incentive eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 8 years of progressive professional Human Resources experience
  • Exposure with exposure at global level handling stakeholders at multiple levels and cross geography in a projects business.

  • Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Business, HR, Employment Relations or Organizational Development or related discipline
  • Extensive HR Business partnership HR experience including strong HR functional expertise and track record of implementing large scale change projects
  • Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies and applicable law.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action. A collaborative management style
  • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with senior levels in the organization
  • Comfortable as a "hands-on" and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgement
  • Honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required
  • Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization
  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Previously demonstrated leadership skills
  • Act as a coach and confidant to the business groups
