Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or unionized environment.
• Experience supporting large employee populations in a fast-paced operation.
• Proven experience leading HR teams and developing HR professionals.
• Strong employee and labor relations experience.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
• Strong MS365, HRIS and payroll systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR leader for the Eau Claire Mill and trusted advisor to plant leadership.
• Partner with operations leaders to align people strategies and culture initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Support organizational change initiatives fostering engagement and accountability.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Support labor relations activities including contract administration and grievance management.
• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 HR professionals, promoting collaboration and continuous development.
