  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Collaborate with Production and Maintenance to eliminate bottlenecks and improve workflow.
  • Provide daily supervision, coaching, and direction to hourly employees represented by Unifor Local 539.
  • Participate in investigations, progressive discipline, grievance meetings, and labor relations discussions with HR.

Your Role

As Logistics Supervisor, you'll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:
