What will you do?
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, business requirements, business case, testing plans, project status updates and relevant reporting.
  • Analyze HR operational processes and workflows to identify root cause and areas for improvements, optimization and automation
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and understand root causes.
  • Support the design of new processes while collaborating with senior members of the team, as well as Technology and Digital Solutions teams.
  • Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and opportunities for further enhancements


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Proficient in business process design and requirement gathering methodology and tools.
  • Experience in payroll related conversion or transformation programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive opportunities for improvement as well as telling a story
  • Proficient in process modeling tools (eg. Visio) and project documentation tools
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and constraints. Ability to manage scope creep, propose workarounds, and balance stakeholder demands.


Nice-to-have
  • Experience in business change management, with a focus on innovative tool or techniques and digital adoption
  • Familiarity with HR processes, tools and payroll related employment regulations and filings.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Agile
