Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in highway transportation engineering or project management.
• Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania required.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects with PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
• Skills in budgeting, scheduling, and scope management for engineering projects.
• Strong background in proposal preparation for transportation entities in the Philadelphia region.

Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary highway design projects effectively and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Develop and execute project-specific quality management plans.
• Monitor project performance, including schedules and cost management.
• Prepare supplements for scope or schedule changes due to unforeseen issues.
• Create and submit regular progress reports and invoices as Project Manager.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
• Support related projects from NJDOT and DelDOT as needed.
