Senior Healthcare Growth Operations Manager

This is a hybrid role to the HelloFresh Headquarters in either Chicago, IL or Boulder, COFactor, a brand of HelloFresh, is looking for a Senior Healthcare Growth Operations Manager to join our New Channels Team. As a leader in the health-focused, fully prepared meal space, F_ is at the forefront of the "Food as Medicine Space" movement. In this role, you will be the point person for F_healthcare customers which range from health plans, hospital systems, community-based organizations and clinical researchers. For these customers and their patients, we do more than deliver meals; we deliver better health outcomes.

You will....
  • Lead Daily Partner Operations: Act as the primary 'Point of Contact', you will resolve questions and ensure every partner request is met with a high-touch, solution-oriented response.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our Product, Supply Chain and Nutrition teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients and translate the complex needs of healthcare partners.
  • Own the Operational Truth: You will monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics across the healthcare partner portfolio. You will ensure data integrity and translate raw numbers into clear updates for internal stakeholders and partner teams.
  • Support High-Impact Launches: Assist in the implementation of new partners. You will coordinate the "checklist" of launch activities, from setting up user accounts to ensuring referral workflows are correctly mapped.

  • Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented: You have a "trust but verify" mindset. You enjoy digging into the numbers to ensure data integrity and can transform raw metrics into a narrative that stakeholders believe in.

At a minimum, you have:
  • 6+ years of experience in account management, partner operations or healthcare services.
  • Management consulting, healthcare start up and/or payor experience
  • Foundational of understanding of the healthcare industry, including HIPAA
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree
