Job Summary
Serve as a senior-level analyst responsible for designing, building, and optimizing provider scheduling solutions within Epic. This role is highly hands-on, requiring deep expertise in Cadence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize provider scheduling templates using Epic Cadence best practices
- Analyze data and workflows to identify and implement scheduling and capacity improvements
- Lead system enhancements end-to-end, including requirements, build, testing, and deployment
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure accuracy and system integrity
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users and super-users
- Mentor junior team members and promote standardization and best practices
Other InformationEducation Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science or related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:- Epic Cadence certification (required)
- Additional Epic certifications a plus
Professional Experience Requirements:• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems.
Ten (10) years preferred experience
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:- Expertise with Epic Cadence visit type and template build (required)
