What You'll Do in Your First 6-12 Months
Own GTM hiring searches - Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and other go-to-market roles.
Build high-quality candidate pipelines - Proactively source and engage exceptional talent, leveraging outbound recruiting, referrals, talent communities, and market mapping to identify top performers before they enter the market.
Drive hiring process excellence - Ensure every search moves efficiently through the funnel by maintaining strong recruiter discipline, clear communication, and rigorous stakeholder management. Use data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Partner closely with hiring leaders - Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders on headcount planning, hiring strategy, organizational design, and talent market dynamics. Help leaders calibrate role requirements, interview processes, and candidate evaluation frameworks.
Raise the bar on candidate experience - Monitor candidate satisfaction, communication responsiveness, and interview quality across searches. Use candidate feedback and funnel data to identify opportunities to improve the hiring experience and strengthen our employer brand.
