Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for a growth marketer who wants to own real channels and see their impact every day. In this role, you'll own the relationship with our Google Ads agency, run our DTC affiliate program end-to-end, own our newsletter channel, and help us scale podcast advertising as that channel ramps back up in the next quarter. You'll sit on a tight-knit growth team alongside the leads for Meta and Influencer, with the autonomy to shape how each of your channels grows. This is a great fit if you love operating across multiple channels rather than going deep on just one, you're confident holding agencies and partners accountable to results, and you're analytical enough to spot what's working (and what isn't) without waiting to be told.

What You'll Do
  • Own paid search performance and agency management, optimizing campaigns against ROAS and CAC goals
  • Lead the DTC affiliate program, growing high-quality partnerships that drive incremental revenue and customer acquisition
  • Own newsletter marketing strategy, increasing the total share of new customers and revenue attributed to this channel
  • Lead podcast advertising efforts in partnership with Performance Marketing Lead, either directly or through external agency management
  • Build cross-channel performance reporting and surface insights that inform growth strategy and optimization priorities
  • Test and scale tactics such as copy, landing pages, and CRO as it relates to these acquisition channels.


Who You Are
  • 3-6+ years of growth or performance marketing experience (DTC / e-commerce strongly preferred); level and experience level will flex with title
  • Hands-on experience managing paid search / Google Ads, either directly or through an agency, with a demonstrated track record on ROAS/CAC
  • Experience owning at least one of: affiliate program management, email/newsletter marketing, or podcast advertising - ideally more than one
  • Comfortable holding agencies and external partners accountable to deliverables and KPIs
  • Analytical: can pull data, build performance reporting, and translate it into channel decisions without needing a dedicated analyst

Location: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)
