Job Summary - Account Director, Enterprise - Atlanta

PureCars is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to own the executive-level relationship with the largest client in our Tier 3 book of business [client name redacted for NDA purposes]. As the primary point of contact to the client's executive leadership team, you will translate C-suite priorities into action while leading a 20-person Enterprise support team with 7-9 direct reports, owning portfolio-wide KPI performance, and partnering with channel teams at Google, Meta, and Amazon. This role requires working on-site at the client's headquarters a minimum of 4 days per week.

What You'll Do:
• Lead a 20-person Enterprise support organization - including Digital Strategy Managers, a Performance Strategist Lead, Project Managers, Data Analysts, and creative teams - with 7-9 direct reports, dedicated to supporting our largest enterprise client
• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for the client's C-suite, building trusted relationships and ensuring team performance targets stay aligned with the client's strategic goals
• Translate client executive priorities into clear, actionable direction for CS and performance teams - owning execution from the boardroom to the day-to-day
• Own portfolio-wide KPI performance: proactively monitor success metrics across all accounts and intervene early to keep results above target thresholds
• Act as the liaison between account teams and executive leadership on both sides, ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment
• Partner with channel teams (Google, Meta, Amazon, and others) to bring the latest platform capabilities and product offerings to bear against performance targets
• Leverage technical fluency and business development expertise to drive platform adoption, deepen the client's utilization of existing technology, and champion new feature releases
• Work on-site at the client's headquarters a minimum of 4 days per week

The Skills and Experience You Bring:
• 10+ years in auto-tech, with proven success leading high-performing enterprise CX teams
• Extensive experience working directly with C-level executives - building trusted relationships, presenting to executive audiences, and influencing decisions at the highest level of client organizations
• AdTech SaaS or digital advertising client success background, with deep expertise in paid search and/or display
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical capabilities, success metrics, and best practices to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Skilled in enterprise performance data analysis, delivering actionable insights that drive revenue optimization
• Adept at reading client environments, influencing key decision makers, and driving long-term adoption of PureCars' product suite
• Strong command of online media channels (paid search, display, social, video, local SEO), plus Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and analytics tools
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences, regions, and cultures
• Client-facing role based out of the client's home office in Atlanta
