Overview

The Payment Solutions Implementation team is responsible for leading the implementation of the various cash management products and coordinating the effort with clients and various internal teams and vendors. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate on the Payment Solutions Implementation (PSI) team.

The PSI Senior Associate will lead clients through the product implementation process for simple and complex treasury management solutions. The process includes but is not limited to technical advice, file testing, troubleshooting and identifying cross-sell opportunities where applicable. The PSI Senior Associate will ensure adherence to compliance processes and procedures to mitigate reputational or financial risk to the bank.

This role also provides opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects, product go-to-market and process enhancement activities while encouraging open and transparent dialogue across the organization resulting in a culture of teamwork.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities include:
• Manage and coordinate all implementation activities with clients, appropriate internal bank teams, and any external partner to support smooth, accurate and timely implementations.
• Ensure that goals and timelines are communicated up front, deadlines are being met, and potential obstacles are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for trouble shooting/resolving client issues during the implementation set up and post implementation warranty period.
• Provide product training to clients as needed.
• Participate in UAT testing, development of product and process materials and other process improvement initiatives within the team or in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications:
Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 1 years' experience in commercial banking OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 5 years' experience in commerical banking.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to successfully and effectively perform in a high-volume of client interactions.
• Solid implementation experience and proven ability to successfully compete a project from beginning to end.
• Has the ability to advise and make recommendations to clients and internal partners based on product knowledge, process and what is best for the client.
• Possess knowledge related to the financial services industry, with background in, client services, cash management product and service implementations, and bank operations.
• Possess knowledge of global treasury cash management, domestic and international treasury management services, including but not limited to online banking platforms, direct transmission, SWIFT, account reporting, and cash management collection and disbursement.
• Capable of researching issues and collaborating to formulate recommendations.
• Excellent detail, organizational, multi-tasking, facilitation, influence and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to do root-cause analysis, proactively identify issues and inter-dependencies, and to devise effective solutions.
• 5+ years of banking experience
• Proficiency with project management and communication tools, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Visio, Microsoft Project
