Job Description:About the Role
We are adding a Senior Global Operations Analyst role to our team based in New Jersey near our New York global headquarters. This is a hybrid role balancing requirements between remote and on-site work in our New Jersey office. This Senior Analyst role is also expected to potentially travel up to 5% of the year, likely domestically.
You will also work closely with functional and regional leaders, across the team, to support global operations. You will report to the Sr. Director, Global Operations & Insights, who is based in New York City.
You Will:
- Participate in global risk operations work including, but not limited to:
- Third party vendor management support: Attending operation team's vendor check-ins, features webinars, scheduling trainings, as needed, and providing feedback to the vendor
- Invoice management support: opening purchase orders, processing invoices and tracking invoice payment schedules
- Sourcing management support: Supporting the Senior Director in maintaining the org wide tracker of all in-progress sourcing initiatives; where needed jumping in to support functional needs with sourcing paperwork for onboarding vendors
- Global inventory management support: data entry into a third party inventory tool, tagging physical inventory with QR/bar codes, assisting in shipping inventory and generating monthly inventory report metrics and insights, in partnership with Senior Director and members of the High Risk News team
- Data quality management and migration into third party tooling
- Records management - G Drive file hierarchy
- Ad-hoc research/data analysis e.g travel metrics
- Drafting and rolling out operations SOPs
- AI e-learning module development support
- Liaison and training with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)
- Work on functional areas, as surge support: global operations, high risk support, investigations, resilience, and workplace safety & security
- Project management: effectively manage multi-tasking, research, coordination, project planning, and administrative duties such as weekly/monthly/quarterly operations reporting
You Have:
- 2-4 years of relative security experience.
- Proven experience learning and applying risk management and security solutions. You are keen to learn, develop and implement procedures to resolve organizational operational issues and to manage risks.
- A critical thinker with existing organization skills and the ability to plan and execute clearly scoped projects, while reporting project updates to relevant stakeholders.
- A strong interest in learning new skills and learning to track global events (i.e. you will consume news and analysis to stay abreast of the world).
- Computer proficiency including the Google suite of products. Willingness to build proficiency in tooling such as Google Sheets, including the creation and analysis of pivot tables to summarize, filter, and interpret large datasets for actionable insights.
- Willingness to leverage AI-powered tools and copilots to learn how to support data analysis and to build basic automation and workflow efficiency e.g. Slack bots and related workflow automations.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communicator, tailoring style to the audience. A willingness to grow this skill if it's still being developed.
- Identify problems and proactively design solutions. Bias to action, create a minimum viable way forward, and then, with support from team members, iterate and improve.
- Willing and ability to travel ~5% (domestic) and work on-site in our New Jersey office as required (hybrid role). If possible, once a quarter travel to the NYC headquarters for 1-2 days of in-person quarterly risk meetings. Sometimes work an irregular schedule (early morning, evenings, and occasionally weekends).
Preferred Qualities
- Experience applying global security within a global organization.
- Aptitude to learn and apply novel technology solutions e.g. AI, workflow tools, and provide inputs into technical design documents for third party tooling.
- Receptive to direct feedback and open to stretch learning opportunities.
- Nice to have: Previous media organization experience.

Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000
