As a Producer, you'll lead passionate cross-functional teams in crafting creative content and incredible experiences for players around the world. By encouraging teams to collaborate, you'll drive development, smashing through obstacles and driving products into players' hands. You'll exceed expectations by helping concept, deliver, improve, and influence creative projects at every stage of production.
As a Senior Game Producer on the Alternate Play Modes Team, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve their goals by keeping projects on-track, keeping teams healthy, and keeping collaborators informed. Drawing on your experience in agile leadership, you'll build flexible development plans including milestones and deliverables. You'll also partner with fellow servant leaders to foster an open, transparent development environment. Whether it's developing new and exciting game modes for different parts of the League audience, or updating existing modes to better meet the needs of players, the Alternate Play Modes team is focused on ensuring League players find their own specific type of fun. You will report into the Sr. Gameplay Production Manager for the Alternate Play Modes team.
Responsibilities: - Drive Production of new and/or existing game modes on League of Legends
- Lead the team's roadmap creation and execution
- Set up work systems and drive the rituals and artifacts to support that work system
- Develop team goals and efficacy metrics
- Remove impediments to achieve team goals
- Proactively manage staffing needs and cost; both internal and external
- Proactively manage stakeholders and track commitments
- Proactively identify points of risk to your products and work with your team and your peers to solve them
- Identify and drive process improvements locally on your team and across teams you collaborate with closely
- Partner with the Production group to build team culture and monitor team health
- Facilitate team-wide meetings to share knowledge and review results
- Ensure the delivery of game modes to collaborating teams and regions
Required Qualifications: - 6+ years experience in a Production role (i.e. - experience as a producer, product manager, project manager, program manager, or similar)
- Experience managing game, application, or content production teams
- Experience improving work systems for teams
- Experience working with and leading agile teams
- Experience delivering complex projects involving multiple teams and external vendors through teamwork, leadership, and stakeholder management
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of League of Legends and its game modes
- Experience running a live microservice for large scale applications
- Experience working in a continuous delivery/deployment environment

- (Los Angeles Only) Base salary range between $166,600.00 - $232,800.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
