We're a lean team of 30-50, and we're looking for a
Senior Fullstack Engineer to join at the ground floor. You'll work directly with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to design and ship critical, AI-focused product features with real business impact.
What You'll Do- Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.
- Design, develop, and take end-to-end ownership of complex features and software components.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack.
- Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams on continuous product improvements.
- Contribute to AI-focused initiatives across multiple product engineering teams.
What We're Looking ForRequired:- Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
- Solid experience building frontends with React.
- Background as a balanced fullstack engineer or a strongly frontend-leaning engineer with backend comfort.
- Experience with MongoDB as an application database.
- Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent collaboration skills - comfortable working directly with senior technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work fully remotely from the Americas and align with a remote-first work culture.
- 5-10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Nice to Have:- Interest in or experience with AI/ML-focused product development.
- Background in fintech, financial software, or data infrastructure products.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $150,000 - $220,000 USD annually
- Visa sponsorship is available for this role.
Location- Fully remote - open to candidates based anywhere in the Americas (United States or Canada preferred).
