Role Overview

The End User Content Solutions (EUCS) squad develops, integrates, and supports enterprise applications and collaboration platforms used across the company. This includes third-party SaaS platforms such as Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Forms, as well as SIMPL (SaaS Integrated Management Platform), our internal onboarding and lifecycle management platform used to provision and manage access to firmwide services.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack .NET Developer who enjoys building modern web applications, APIs, automation solutions, and integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

This role is heavily focused on software engineering and will involve both new feature development and support of business-critical production systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, C#, SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Develop REST APIs, backend services, and integration components supporting internal and external platforms.
• Build and enhance features within SIMPL and other applications owned by the EUCS squad.
• Develop automation and tooling to improve operational efficiency, user onboarding, monitoring, and support processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across applications, APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, technical design sessions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with product owners, users, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Improve software quality through testing, automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in an engineering on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 8 weeks).

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GPT, Gemini, or Grok.
  • Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and modern software engineering practices.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 89,000 to 112,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
