About the RoleDemandbase is seeking an experienced
Senior FP&A Manager based in the US to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a deep background in financial modeling, corporate budgeting, and SaaS performance drivers.
Reporting directly to executive finance leadership, you will play a pivotal role in guiding Demandbase's overall financial trajectory. You will lead company-wide budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and board-level reporting-working cross-functionally with executive leaders and FP&A business partners to deliver actionable, enterprise-wide insights that drive sustainable growth, efficiency, and sound decision-making.
This is a Remote position, although, Hybrid is Strongly Preferred.What You'll Be DoingStrategic Financial Leadership- Own the annual budgeting process, rolling multi-year financial forecasts, and long-range strategic plan across all business units.
- Serve as the lead financial advisor to the CFO, CEO, and Executive Team, delivering strategic risk assessments and scenario modeling for major strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present materials for the Board of Directors, Investor Relations, and external financial stakeholders.
- Oversee corporate variance reporting (Actuals vs. Plan), diagnosing root-cause drivers behind top-line and margin performance to recommend strategic pivots.
Systems, Process & Team Development- Modernize financial tech stack infrastructure to streamline planning speed and reporting accuracy.
- Recalibrate operational and enterprise-level KPIs across functions to ensure cross-departmental alignment with financial targets.
- Build, mentor, and scale a world-class team of FP&A, setting high technical standards and fostering professional growth.
What We Are Looking For- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or management accounting within a technology or software company
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Track Record: Proven success leading enterprise FP&A at scale (preferably in public or high-growth private equity-backed environments).
- Executive Presence: Outstanding communication and narrative-building skills; comfortable defending financial logic to executive teams and Board members.
- Tooling Expertise: Deep mastery of enterprise platforms such as Netsuite, Google Sheets, Adaptive Insights.
- Proficient in SaaS business models and key metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, margin structure) preferred. Bonus if experience with the consumption model.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and attention to detail; able to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong business judgment and curiosity; motivated to be a trusted finance partner across the organization
