Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team! Reporting to the VP of Finance, you'll be a key member of the Finance team and serve as a strategic financial partner to TCS business departments, helping drive sustainable growth and informed decision-making.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will own the TCS financial rhythm of business (ROB), spanning annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and financial modelling, as well as forward-looking analysis to support business decisions. This role will partner closely across the Finance organization, including Accounting, Procurement and FP&A, as well as the broader TCS business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand key business drivers, assess financial performance and translate complex data into actionable insights.

What you'll do:
  • Own the end-to-end FP&A rhythm of business, including annual planning, forecasting and strategic planning (e.g., long-range planning)
  • Leverage AI technology to streamline and enhance existing FP&A processes, improve efficiency and identify opportunities for automation and innovation
  • Develop and own business insights into key drivers of business performance, providing forward-looking analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with Finance and operational teams to identify risks and opportunities, using emerging trends and data-driven analysis to assess performance and develop key metrics for ongoing performance management
  • Own parent company FP&A reporting, consolidating team insights and analysis into clear reporting and commentary
  • Partner with the Data & Reporting team to enhance FP&A reporting and analytics, improving the quality and accessibility of business insights

Travel Requirements
  • This role requires travel to our Seattle office during the initial onboarding and training period. Travel and related expenses will be covered by TCS.

What you'll bring:
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related quantitative discipline
  • Relevant experience in financial planning and business analysis
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive business strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems, with demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to improve, automate or accelerate finance processes
