We are looking for a
Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team! Reporting to the VP of Finance, you'll be a key member of the Finance team and serve as a strategic financial partner to TCS business departments, helping drive sustainable growth and informed decision-making.
The Senior FP&A Analyst will own the TCS financial rhythm of business (ROB), spanning annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and financial modelling, as well as forward-looking analysis to support business decisions. This role will partner closely across the Finance organization, including Accounting, Procurement and FP&A, as well as the broader TCS business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand key business drivers, assess financial performance and translate complex data into actionable insights.

What you'll do:- Own the end-to-end FP&A rhythm of business, including annual planning, forecasting and strategic planning (e.g., long-range planning)
- Leverage AI technology to streamline and enhance existing FP&A processes, improve efficiency and identify opportunities for automation and innovation
- Develop and own business insights into key drivers of business performance, providing forward-looking analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with Finance and operational teams to identify risks and opportunities, using emerging trends and data-driven analysis to assess performance and develop key metrics for ongoing performance management
- Own parent company FP&A reporting, consolidating team insights and analysis into clear reporting and commentary
- Partner with the Data & Reporting team to enhance FP&A reporting and analytics, improving the quality and accessibility of business insights
Travel Requirements- This role requires travel to our Seattle office during the initial onboarding and training period. Travel and related expenses will be covered by TCS.
What you'll bring:- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related quantitative discipline
- Relevant experience in financial planning and business analysis
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive business strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and manage competing priorities
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented and passionate about transformation and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to an inclusive team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating initiative, curiosity and sound judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems, with demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to improve, automate or accelerate finance processes
