Job Summary
The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will support critical business initiatives by designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native, full-stack applications. This role requires expertise in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, AI-assisted development, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions using Angular, C#/.NET, AWS, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications in cloud environments.
• Build responsive front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Develop scalable APIs, backend services, and applications using C#/.NET.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Manage application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
• Apply AI Software Engineering practices, including AI-assisted coding, code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Promote engineering best practices, code reviews, security standards, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, C#, .NET/.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including deployment and management of cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to independently deploy, support, and maintain production applications.
• Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot.
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Knowledge of modern AI Software Engineering practices.
• Ability to leverage LLM-based tools for design, coding, testing, documentation, and debugging.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered developer productivity tools.
• Experience managing application deployments from development through production.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Experience with Docker and containerized workloads.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment automation.

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, Technical Consultant, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience supporting customer implementations and production deployments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, LangChain, or agent-based systems.
• Experience working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
