Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent academic record (GPA 3.0+)
• Proficient in advanced engineering and flight test tools
• Strong understanding of certification process and regulations
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft ground and flight test plans and reports for complex test programs
• Coordinate and execute flight tests, acting as test director when needed
• Define and maintain test aircraft and equipment configurations
• Conduct real-time data analysis and modify test parameters
• Propose viable solutions to issues identified during flight test
• Prepare avionics system installation data for test aircraft
• Work with certification authorities to resolve certification issues
