Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Manager - FP&A to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts. In this strategic leadership role, you will partner closely with the executive team to guide financial decisions, drive operational efficiency, and support our long-term growth initiatives. Your expertise will play a critical role in promoting financial accountability and enhancing the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning processes.
  • Develop and deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate service line expansion, capital investments, mergers, and cost-containment strategies.
  • Drive benchmarking efforts and present actionable insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and physicians to provide financial insights that influence business decisions.
  • Monitor clinic performance, identifying trends, financial risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline operations within the finance department.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance/accounting team, promoting professional growth and development.

What You Bring
