Our team leads the Plan-to-Report pillar of the Future of Finance transformation, modernizing how Finance operates across processes, data, and technology to deliver faster, sharper insights. This role serves as a business process leader, helping translate transformation vision into scalable processes, high-quality system solutions, and sustainable business adoption.

Joining this team means stepping into a group of bold thinkers who embrace change and will shape future-state business processes and system design by supporting implementation across planning and reporting capabilities such as OneStream and Finance360.  You’ll collaborate across Finance to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and drive meaningful business value. This role requires strong communication, business acumen, structured problem-solving, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving transformation environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business process lead for an assigned Finance function, acting as the primary liaison between the business, Finance leadership, and transformation teams.
  • Partner with functional CFO staff, leaders, and subject matter experts to align on transformation priorities, expected outcomes, and future-state ways of working.
  • Lead future-state process design activities that enable driver-based planning, digitized forecasting, standardization, and end-to-end process transformation.
  • Define business requirements, process designs, and expected outcomes to ensure alignment between functional needs and system solutions.
  • Identify, profile, and validate data required for planning and forecasting models, partnering with IT to support accurate and effective data integration.
  • Translate business designs and functional requirements into clear user stories and implementation requirements for system development.
  • Evaluate solution options with stakeholders and technical partners, assess trade-offs, and help drive decisions that balance business value, scalability, and feasibility.
  • Review and approve business design outputs, user stories, and functional requirements to ensure solutions align with approved business expectations.
  • Lead and support testing activities across functional testing, user acceptance testing, simulation, and parallel testing to confirm solution accuracy and readiness.
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert for transformation solutions, including OneStream and Fin360, providing business insight throughout design, build, testing, and go-live.
  • Support the development and delivery of business-focused training, communications, and change management activities to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Champion continuous improvement and process standardization within the assigned function to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision support.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and foster alignment across Finance, IT, and transformation teams to advance Future of Finance objectives.
  • Operate with a high level of independent judgment, initiative, and learning agility while helping shape the future Finance operating model.


Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience/training.
  • 5+ years of finance experience, with prior FP&A exposure from S&S and engineering preferred, and solid understanding of GM forecasting processes is required
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to develop skills, attend training, network, and solicit feedback.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships across teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Location: This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of (Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford or Mountain View), you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
