Full Job Description
JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the month-end close process, account reconciliations, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Technical and Corporate Accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial results
  • Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation for assigned areas
  • Monitor balance sheet and income statement accounts, investigate variances, and resolve accounting issues
  • Review accounts receivable aging with shared service center to identify past due items and drive resolution
  • Coordinate the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes for corporate functions
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed for the corporate accounting and corporate reporting teams
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and internal control requirements


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in public accounting
  • Master's degree or CPA qualification is a plus
  • SAP and OneStream experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong initiative to improve processes and gain efficiency while maintaining objectives
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Highly driven / self-starter
