Full Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst, Operations & Supply Chain. This position can be based in Moon Township, PA or fully remote if currently located in the US. Candidates outside the US will not be considered.

The Sr Financial Analyst for Operations & Supply Chain will assist the ARS Pillar Finance Manager in preparing and analyzing financial data related to Profit Plan, Strategic Plan, Forecasts, and Actual results that support the business objectives. A critical element of this position is to be a key partner with Operations/Supply Chain leadership to drive savings, growth, and maximize cash flow.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate impact on planned objectives and productivity.
  • Serve as a financial business partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Support key stakeholders to drive cost saving opportunities.
  • Provide insights and guidance on Economics, Inventory Performance, Capital Spending and other key operational metrics.
  • Support operational initiatives as necessary and work with business leaders in matters of special analysis and projects.
  • Have a digital mindset to help improve processes and support key initiatives.
  • Key financial resource supporting ARS divisions and sites including financial and long-term strategy.
  • Support SOX financials controls, forecast planning and forecast


Qualifications:

Basic (required) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of professional work experience in progressive roles in finance or accounting supporting a manufacturing organization or similar.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous finance experience supporting supply chain, operations or similar manufacturing functions.
  • MBA from an accredited institution.
  • CPA or CMA designation.
  • Strong MS Office experience, with advanced capabilities in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Internal and/or external audits
  • Previous experience with any of the following systems: Oracle financials, Oracle Planning, Vista/MAPICS/AS400/SAP/Power BI.
