About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-impact Operations Finance team focused on driving insights across sales performance, margin trends, and cost forecasting. This role plays a key part in helping the business navigate and leverage a changing economic landscape, including shifts in input costs and external market factors.
The position partners closely with cross-functional leaders to support planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $133,000

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain forecasts related to revenue, margins, and key cost drivers, including materials and input costs
• Track and analyze cost fluctuations, including external factors such as tariffs and supply-related impacts
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate and timely financial projections
• Analyze business performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives
• Develop and enhance financial models to support planning and decision-making
• Generate reports and improve financial processes and data workflows
• Present financial insights and summaries to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
• Support ad hoc analysis and contribute to ongoing finance-related projects
Qualifications:
• 3-8 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
• Advanced Excel skills, including building models and performing complex analysis
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Exposure to manufacturing or cost-focused environments is strongly preferred
• Experience with financial planning or reporting systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
