Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst to join our team!
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to participate in the month-end close process and assist with financial planning & reporting processes for Mid America Division. The analyst will assist in supporting the Division with reporting, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analytics.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm CT
Location: This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office days at
3000 Internet Blvd, Frisco, TX and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility
Core Responsibilities:- Ensure month-end close tasks and deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial review packages.
- Maintain & enhance accurate financial reporting for the Division and Sub-Divisions.
- Complete variance analysis of business performance for monthly, quarterly and year-to-date results.
- Analyze current and past trends including drivers of revenue, costs, and expenses.
- Prepare financial ad-hoc reports for various business arrangements and requests.
- Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and procedures and recommend solutions to streamline financial reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
- Assist in developing the annual budget and financial forecasts for the Division and Sub-Divisions.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field with 5+ years' experience in financial analysis or accounting
Preferred Qualifications:- Financial Analysis experience specifically within the healthcare or life sciences industry
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, Essbase, or other ERP systems.
• Experience working with large data sets and data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
