The Sr Financial Analyst (SFA) is responsible for analyzing financial performance, establishing budgetary goals, and developing recommendations on expense and cost saving opportunities. This role will partner cross functionally, working closely with creative teams, enterprise insights, social/influencer team and other working media teams. They will also provide executive leaders with budget and expense projections and analyses. This position reports to the manager of Finance.
Responsibilities• Perform business, financial, and operations analysis to support senior management decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional finance teams, communicate accurate financial projections and provide the vital level of detail to explain variance analysis.
• Develop new processes to analyze and project expenses for dynamic marketing environment and new contracts
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to facilitate strategic and tactical decision making across various departments.
• Complete monthly reporting process and raise any known forecast risk and ops to cross functional partners.
• Works with operating partners to manage in-season expense spending to ensure compliance with budgeted targets.
• Adhere to deadlines within the internal projections cadence (end of month process, mid-month Risk/Opportunity updates).
• Analyze trends and other business initiatives.
• Find opportunities for continuous improvement in functional work, reporting and standard operating procedures.
• Interface with CFO and other senior management.

• Exhibits leadership proficiencies and professional maturity in dealing with peers, partners, and senior leaders.

• Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• At least 2 years of financial work experience
Education• Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Accounting
