As a Senior Financial Analyst II, you will work closely with various global departments, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Cost and inventory Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, and Technology Development Finance, and analyze, guide, and help optimize the financial performance of the fabrication facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide financial modeling, analysis, product costing, planning, and forecasting of fab manufacturing activities.
  • Collaborate with business operations to set quarterly budgets and identify and drive cost-reduction initiatives with the objective of achieving outstanding manufacturing costs.
  • Collaborate with Finance Operations at our global manufacturing sites to implement standardized finance processes, systems, and procedures at the Boise fab.
  • Produce documentation to align with the requirements of the CHIPS government grants, including legal entity financial documents, sources and uses statements, free cash flows, and certifications.
  • Forecast and report actuals for corporate allocation cross charges.
  • Provide financial and operational information to Corporate and the Global Front-End Finance teams to integrate into a global model for financial analysis. Model scenarios and versions from Corporate and Global Front-End Finance teams.
  • Apply return-on-investment analysis to capital projects and make recommendations to Boise Front-End Controller and site leadership.
  • Act as a team lead in certain tasks or functions and train new team members on existing processes and systems.
  • Coordinate and maintain cost center updates within finance systems to ensure accurate reporting and approval flows.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 5 years of meaningful work experience in finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
  • Independent financial analytical ability.
  • Ambitious and intellectually curious, with a high energy level, growth mindset, and passion for identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business trends, transforming data into actionable insights and concrete plans.
  • Strong systems and data management skills with knowledge of costing, accounting, and enterprise reporting systems.
  • Proven ability to perform in an unstructured environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid interpersonal relationships based on mutual trust and influence across functional boundaries.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, or other high-tech industries.
