Role: Senior Financial Analyst - Corp FP&A (ARR Planning, Reporting & Analysis)

HubSpot is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst within our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You will be specifically responsible for conducting financial reporting and analysis, and completing ad hoc projects to support financial planning and business decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Top Line FP&A, you will serve as a valued team member and business partner to Finance Leadership, Functional FP&A, Customer Operations, Accounting, Investor Relations & various other stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
  • Report & analyze Company ARR & key SaaS metrics to drive transparency to HubSpot leadership
  • Build and enhance financial models to analyze key drivers within our customer base and forecast future results
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, planning, and consolidation processes
  • Partner with FP&A's Data Team to develop new reporting and streamline existing processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to scale with HubSpot's growth
  • Identify business and operational risks using data-driven insights, driving visibility across the business
  • Package and present recommendations to key stakeholders to facilitate decision making

We are looking for people who:
  • Bring an AI-first operating mindset - proactively identifying opportunities to use AI to eliminate manual work, accelerate insight generation, and evolve how Finance operates.
  • Have a proven track record of professional success; industry experience in finance, strategy, operations, or consulting in the technology/SaaS industry preferred.
  • Have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, paired with business consulting, organizational, and project management abilities to translate insights into action.
  • Are advanced in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling, and have experience with Looker or other BI tools.
  • Have exceptional communication skills - able to synthesize complex data into clear takeaways and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Are intellectually curious self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can adapt as business priorities evolve.


Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:

$110,900-$166,400 USD
