Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:- Expertise in SQL and data.
- Demonstrated impactful performance in prior role(s) with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong business partnering skills including the ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, work in a fast-paced environment and drive operational initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate cross-product partnerships, designing guardrails that align cross-product area incentives while protecting margins and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Lead post-launch analytics, performance reviews, and variance tracking for live first-party (1P) partnerships to deliver actionable insights on impact scale, incrementality, and ongoing GTM optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Controllership, and partner product area finance teams to ensure alignment on launch constructs, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), financials, and reporting.
- Develop standardized evaluation frameworks, repeatable templates, and reporting dashboards to increase execution velocity and streamline governance for future launches.
- Synthesize complex financial models into clear, executive-ready presentations and narratives for senior leadership across G1 and partner product areas to guide strategic decision-making.
