Senior Financial Analyst

About your role:

As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Gift Solutions, you will provide financial planning and analysis support across revenue, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses. You will work closely with operations, accounting, and finance partners to evaluate business performance, improve financial visibility, and support decision-making that drives operational and financial outcomes across the Gift Solutions business.

What you'll do:
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Gift Solutions, including analysis of revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and key performance drivers.
  • Monitor business performance trends and prepare analyses that compare actual results to budgets, forecasts, and operating projections.
  • Partner with team to improve reporting processes, strengthen financial controls, and support execution against financial targets.
  • Communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities to leaders using clear analysis, reporting, and presentation materials.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis supporting business performance, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience in financial analysis using Microsoft Excel for modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience preparing presentations and communicating financial results to management using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and similar business tools.
  • Experience identifying data discrepancies across systems and resolving reporting issues through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.


Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience in analyzing revenue, cost of goods sold and operating expenses within an operations-focused environment.
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) and operational systems.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting in a large, matrixed organization.


How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
