Product Management - AdvisorAbout your role:You will lead product planning and execution for Branch Solutions, guiding strategy across the full product lifecycle to meet client needs and business goals. You will work closely with customers, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to identify market opportunities, prioritize requirements, and deliver solutions that strengthen customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth.
What you'll do:- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans for Branch Solutions based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, identify market trends, and translate insights into product enhancements and investment priorities.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, evaluate positioning, and support strategies that strengthen product differentiation.
- Manage product portfolios, pricing approaches, and delivery plans to align product performance with business objectives.
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to define requirements, prepare for releases, and support successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance using key performance indicators, client feedback, and business results to inform roadmap and lifecycle decisions.
- Create and deliver product content, positioning materials, and detailed product information that support internal readiness and sales effectiveness.
- Support cross-functional execution to ensure product enhancements, integrations, and releases are delivered with clear requirements and measurable outcomes.

Experience you'll need to have:- 6+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of product planning, roadmap development, and lifecycle execution.
- 6+ years of experience managing products or solutions that use application programming interface integration approaches in a technology or financial services environment.
- 6+ years of experience creating release roadmaps and prioritization plans that support product strategy and business objectives.
- 6+ years of experience analyzing complex business and technical concepts to make balanced product decisions and define actionable requirements.
- 6+ years of experience leading products through multiple lifecycle stages, including planning, launch, enhancement, and ongoing performance management.
- Experience working with customers, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver product outcomes across a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including data warehouse applications.
- Experience in the banking industry or with branch banking solutions.
- Experience with public cloud platforms.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
How you'll work:- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
Travel: This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
