Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: On- Site Dallas, TX - Must be located in Dallas, TX to qualify
Department: Finance & Accounting
Reports To: Director of FP&A

Salary: $115k-$130k

The Role:
We're looking for a sharp, agile Senior Financial Analyst to drive insights and decision-making across our portfolio. You'll thrive in this role if you love solving complex business puzzles, can distill data into clear direction, and know how to operate within a fast-paced, high-growth hospitality environment. This is more than spreadsheets-it's strategy, storytelling, and leadership by numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop and maintain financial models that support key strategic initiatives
  • Analyze performance across a multi-brand, multi-state structure, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement
  • Build detailed P&L forecasts, scenario planning tools, and ROI models for new store openings, menu innovations, and promotional activity
  • Consolidate financials and business KPIs across multiple restaurant concepts and legal entities, working closely with Accounting
  • Lead monthly business reviews and deliver clear, actionable insights to cross-functional teams
  • Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes through 3 statement modeling
  • Assist in capital planning, debt modeling, and financing support as the group continues to scale
  • Develop and automate dashboards and tools that increase visibility and speed up decision-making
  • Preparation of quarterly presentations to the board of directors
  • Regular involvement in period-end close processes, as well as financial review and assistance in yearly audit


What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations
  • Strong fluency in financial modeling, forecasting, and building complex Excel models
  • Experience navigating and simplifying complex org structures (franchises, multi-concept brands, or holding companies a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills-you can make numbers make sense to non-financial audiences
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI) and ERP/financial systems (Oracle EPM, Hyperion SmartView, etc.)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to rapid change
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
