Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in underwriting and evaluating strategic capital projects, particularly related to solar energy and centralized facility initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling capabilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Facilities and Asset Management group with financial modeling and analysis for new Solar and Central Facilities initiatives.
  • Maintain and populate key assumptions in financial models; calculate ROI, NPV, and IRR to evaluate project viability.
  • Partner with the Facilities team to build business cases and prepare budget approval materials for presentation to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Perform post-mortem financial analysis on completed and ongoing projects to evaluate effectiveness and identify lessons learned.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline, enhance, and potentially automate underwriting models.
  • Manage routing and tracking of project approval packages for executive signatures.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Facilities teams to maintain and develop Tableau dashboards that visualize KPIs and provide performance insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support Facilities and executive leadership decision-making.


Qualifications
