Job Description:

Easterseals NH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Easterseals NH & VT team! The individual in this key position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, developing financial models, and providing insight to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial forecasting. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Prepare financial models for revenue, operating expenses and cash flows, including budgets, forecasts and long-term planning. 
  • Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvements. 
  • Create reports for Program and Leadership as requested and generate existing reports for analysis.
  • Track investments and trends to ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Work as a team player with focus on the organization’s mission/vision and values. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. 
  • Professionally represent the organization, clearly communicating our mission, philosophy, values, goals and expectations, internally and externally. 
  • Effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business field with a finance background 
  • Five (5) years’ experience in finance related field   
  • Non-profit, healthcare environment experience preferred 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, budget, and project management
  • Proficient in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other analytical tools such as PowerBI
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Hours: 9am-5pm onsite in our Manchester headquarters.

Compensation: $84,000 annually
